Rhode Island State Sheriff's FOP Lodge 24- Application

This application applies if you are currently employed as a LEO other than a Sheriff

Enrollment period is every August 1st to September 1st of the current year for the next calendar year. There is a $50.00 non-refundable processing fee that must be paid with your annual dues ($45.00) when submitting you application (total that must be submitted is $95.00). This must be submitted no later than September 1st!

To join the Rhode Island State Sheriff's FOP Lodge # 24 you must print this page, fill out the form and mail it to the address listed below or give it to one of the Board of Directors.
