Any member in good standing in compliance with the
rules & regulations of the Lodge By-laws wishing to be a candidate for
either position, please submit a letter requesting to be considered for
that position with any proof of qualifications to Secretary Sheila
O'Rourke prior to April 9th, 2008. All positions shall
comply with the Lodge's By-laws Art. IV, XIII Sect. 8 & XV Sect. 1 & 2.
It is your responsibility to attend this meeting and all Lodge
meetings!!!

must be paid by September 1st,

Currently we are conducting a fundraising campaign. We are asking
the community for their generous support by placing an ad in our
Identity
& Internet Security Guide
which will be distributed free of charge throughout the area. Funds
received from this endeavor will go towards many worthwhile activities
that are sponsored and supported by the
Rhode Island State
Sheriff's Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #24!
Some examples of what we sponsor and support in the past are Domestic
Violence Shelters, Homeless Shelters, Police Memorials for fallen
Officers, Special Olympic events ...etc.
